- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 on 4-point scale or 3.5 on 5-point scale (Second Class Upper)
Ph.D. Requirements
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or related field
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5 on 4-point scale or 4.0 on 5-point scale
- Publication requirement: two papers from thesis in SCOPUS-indexed journal
